Refund policy

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).

Policy

Plans are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account. If a payment succeeded but credits did not appear, contact support with the order ID — we will reconcile the webhook / grant before considering charge disputes.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Chargebacks may lock the account until resolved.
