Credits system
Credits are the fuel for renders. Usage is based on finished video minutes.
How credits work
- 47 credits ≈ 1 minute of finished video
- Credits sit on your account after you buy a plan — they come from the ClipCruise admin pool (10 million circulating credits)
- When a video finishes, those credits leave your balance and return to the admin pool
- Monthly window = 30 days. Yearly window = 12 months
- Buy any plan again before the window ends — leftover credits stay and the new grant stacks
- If the window lapses, unused credits move to the ClipCruise admin pool and you must buy again to create
- When credits hit 0, ClipCruise asks you to choose a plan before creating
Entry vs team coupons
An entry invite unlocks access but does not grant create-credits — you still pick a plan. A team / credit coupon grants free credits so you can skip plans until those credits run out.
