Overlays are chosen in setup and timed to narration — not dumped randomly on the timeline.
What you can use
- Title cards, quote plates, and stat callouts
- List / compare / big-number styles
- Channel-style packs (documentary, stories, trends sets)
- Glitch / film accents where the pack includes them
Best practice
Pick 3–6 motion styles per video. Too many overlays fight the story; too few looks flat. Approve the set before Final Video so the render stays intentional.
